We might wonder, how can what I eat affect my spiritual life? My religion/philosophy doesn’t say anything about diet, or maybe it does, and I follow what is taught. Or maybe I don’t follow the teachings, because I don’t any sense of why the teachings are what they are, and they don’t seem to be a high priority. I go to church/synagogue/mosque/ritual regularly, I’m active in my congregation/grove/coven, isn’t that enough?
It DOES make a difference what we eat. There are a multitude of factors involved, and I would be delighted to meet with you individually, or speak to your religious or spiritual group about nutrition and spirituality. We can talk about how to live the teachings of your particular religious leanings, and how to live to feel Spirit work in your life.
I offer a 20% discount on my normal group rates to any officially organized religious or spiritual group.
