Sue Aberle is an experienced dietitian based in Vancouver, Washington.  She has a diverse background, working with people of various dietary leanings as well as a range of ages.  Her belief is that disease prevention is much more effective than trying to reverse the disease once damage has occurred.  She also believes that healthy eating does not need to be complicated nor overly expensive, and that it’s certainly cheaper than paying high medical bills and high insurance premiums.
