Sue Aberle, MS, RD, CD

Experience

Sue is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian in the State of Washington. She holds a BS and an MS from Oregon State University, and holds 2 Certificates in Weight Management: Adult, also Childhood and Adolescent, from the American Dietetic Association. Sue worked in the WIC program for nearly 3 years in Clatsop County, Oregon, and for nearly 10 years in Snohomish County, Washington. She has had a private, independent practice in Clark County, Washington, since early 2005.

Sue has developed an alternative philosophy about nutrition. She believes that if a person/patient follows mainstream advice, he/she will not truly get better, but will become sicker and sicker over time, increasing his/her reliance on medications and medical procedures. This philosophy is in sharp disagreement with that of the predominant medical associations, which oftentimes promote the very teachings that result in the continued illness.

Contrarily, if we adopt lifestyles that become a natural part of us, we can prevent and reverse illness. The reversal has been shown by Dr. Dean Ornish of the Preventive Medicine Research Institute, in his reversal of both heart disease and prostate cancers; also by Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr. of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, who was able to successfully reverse heart disease with dietary changes and regular exercise.

It doesn’t have to be complicated, you don’t have to give up all of your friends to eat healthy. Indeed, you can inspire THEM to eat healthy as well, so you can continue to do the things you enjoy without anybody getting sick.
